This follows an investigation by the Hawks on a woman who was allegedly lured to Cape Town from Johannesburg with promises of a job.

She was then apparently held against her will and forced to become a prostitute.

The trio appeared in court on Friday after members acted on information about a possible human trafficking incident in Milnerton.

A 26-year-old victim was allegedly lured to Cape Town from Johannesburg by a woman known to her, who had promised her a job.
