Eskom in process of appointing new evidence leader for Koko's hearing

Lawyer Sebetja Matsaung's services were terminated after he made threats against the Financial Mail's Deputy Editor Sikonathi Mantshantsha who was covering the hearing.
Koko was suspended and is facing various charges, including conflict of interest after allegedly awarding a multi-million rand tender to a company his step-daughter was involved in.
Eskom's Khulu Phasiwe says the disciplinary hearing has been put on hold for now.
“We’re now in the process of looking for a replacement and this process is likely to take place today and tomorrow. And hopefully by end of business tomorrow, we will be in a position to say who the new evidence leader is.”
