Woman arrested at CT airport with cocaine in her stomach
The suspected drug mule arrived on a flight from Angola.
CAPE TOWN - A suspected drug mule has been arrested at Cape Town International Airport.
The 33-year-old woman was apprehended on Wednesday.
She arrived on a flight from Angola.
Officers found that she had swallowed a hundred pellets containing cocaine.
The police's Andre Traut said: "She was taken to a medical facility where these bullets were collected. She will make a court appearance in Bellville once she has been charged."
