KZN ANC establishes teams to deal with political killings
The provincial party held a briefing on its plans to deal with political challenges facing KwaZulu-Natal.
JOHANNESBURG - The African National Congress (ANC) in KwaZulu-Natal says that two teams have been set up to deal with political killings and unity in the province.
The provincial party held a briefing on its plans to deal with political challenges facing the area.
Earlier this week, former African National Congress Youth League secretary general Sindiso Magaqa died.
Magaqa was hospitalised after he and two other councilors were shot and wounded in an ambush in southern KwaZulu-Natal two months ago.
They were at a shop in a village outside Umzimkhulu when the incident happened.
There have been political tensions in the province which has seen the murders of many ANC leaders.
