JOHANNESBURG - As four men linked to an assault at a KFC in Montana prepare to apply for bail on Thursday, a second video filmed after the incident has emerged on social media.

A group of men allegedly assaulted a couple last Wednesday during an altercation in the fast food outlet's drive-through.

The couple claims they merely asked for a car to move.

While it has been widely reported that the accused started the fight with the couple, a new video suggests that this was a matter of contention between the parties immediately after the fight.

Eyewitness News understands that the State has included the charge of attempted murder to the docket.

It’s also emerged that there is no sixth suspect as claimed by the police.

The four will apply for bail on Thursday.
