March may affect services at Tshwane licensing stations
Samwu says those who will be marching this week include metro police officers and emergency services officials.
JOHANNESBURG - The South African Municipal Worker Union (Samwu) says it can't promise that all licensing stations in Tshwane will be operational in the coming days due to a march.
Samwu claims its members are exposed to "an employer who on a daily basis unilaterally restructures and changes conditions of service".
It says those who will be marching this week include metro police officers and emergency services officials.
The union's Mpho Tladinyana has advised motorists who want to use licensing services to do so on Friday.
“We can’t guarantee that licensing stations will be open. If people want to get some services there it’s important that they at least go tomorrow.”
