According to the 'Daily Maverick,' a faction within the ANC in support of Ramaphosa has offered to raise the money in exchange for Zuma to step down.

Reports emerged last week that a faction with the African National Congress has put a package on the table for President Jacob Zuma to step down.

The ANC said there are no negotiations within the party regarding Zuma’s alleged amnesty exit package worth R2 billion.
