DURBAN – Former African Union (AU) chairperson Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma says her new book is a series of the continent’s vision.

Dlamini-Zuma has launched the book in Durban – saying it will serve as a way to reflect.

She says Africa has great potential and this needs to be tapped into.

“Let's start telling our stories, let the lions have historians so that history is not told by the hunters."

Ethekwini mayor Zandile Gumede says this book is important towards achieving a vision for the continent and not because there's an elective conference this December.

Independent papers owner Iqbal Surve says his media entity will always report fairly and accurately about the former AU chair.
