Four arrested in Maketlwa hijack, kidnapping probe
The deputy minister of justice was abducted after visiting a patient at a Johannesburg facility on Sunday night.
JOHANNESBURG – Police Minister Fikile Mbalula says four suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and hijacking of the deputy justice minister.

Thabang Makwetla was abducted after visiting a patient at a Johannesburg facility on Sunday night.
He was later dumped in Brits.
Makwetla was robbed of his bank cards and cellphone.
The minister has revealed that one of the suspects was out on bail at the time of his arrest.
