CAPE TALK - A study conducted by a transport researcher at the University of Waikato, New Zealand reveals that we are more likely to be involved in a traffic accident closer to home.

Bridget Burdett, principal researcher at the Traffic Design Group, says motorists tend not to pay attention when they are closer to home.
