[LISTEN] CT companies urged to introduce flexible hours to reduce traffic

Mayoral Committee Member for Transport Brett Herron says one of the options the city if working on is public transport that will attract car owners.

JOHANNESBURG - Mayoral Committee Member for Transport Brett Herron says they are asking employers and companies to make substantial changes to reduce traffic in the morning and in the evening.

He says the City of Cape Town is already working on introducing flexible hours for its own employees, such as working four days a week and working from home.

Herron adds one of the options the city if also working on is public transport that will attract car owners.
