Dlamini-Zuma thanks ANC, govt & SA for support during tenure as AU chair

OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma has thanked the African National Congress (ANC), government and the nation for supporting her during her tenure as African Union chair.
Dlamini-Zuma was met by hundreds of supporters from the women and youth leagues at the OR Tambo International Airport.
The former AU chair finalised her duties in Addis Ababa on Tuesday.
Dlamini-Zuma was met with loud cheers at the international arrivals terminal, where supporters were singing 'my president'.
The former AU chair says she's happy to be home.
“The four years have been a very interesting experience for me. I’ve learnt a lot and I will share that with you when I visit you individually.”
Dlamini-Zuma is expected to address an audience at the New Partnership for Africa's Development offices in Midrand, where another welcome home event has been organised.
