The committee’s report recommending the members of the interim board is set to come before the National Assembly on Wednesday. Once approved, it will be forwarded to President Jacob Zuma, who makes the appointments.
Communications Minister Faith Muthambi has decided to take on review the report of Parliament’s inquiry into the SABC board.
It’s unclear what impact this will have on the interim board’s appointment.
