JOHANNESBURG – Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (Outa) and the South African Airways Pilots Association have decided to take legal action against South African Airways (SAA) board chairperson Dudu Myeni.

They say the airline is in distress and lost more than R10 billion under Myeni’s leadership.

Outa and the SAA Pilots Association have applied for a court order to declare Myeni a delinquent director who has grossly abused her position.
