The Social Development Department spokesperson is trending this morning following an interview on Talk Radio 702.
CAPE TOWN – Lumka Oliphant is trending again, this time for refusing to speak English during an interview on Talk Radio 702.
The Social Development Department spokesperson would not answer questions about Minister Bathabile Dlamini’s exchange with journalists on Sunday when she criticised the media during a Sassa briefing and also refused to answer some questions.
Speaking in isiZulu to 702 host Xolani Gwala, she refused to speak English. Gwala ended the interview shortly after her refusal.
