Four killed on Western Cape roads over the weekend

CAPE TOWN – At least four people have died on Western Cape roads this past weekend.

Officials have also arrested 17 drunk drivers during 26 roadblocks held across the province.

Traffic Chief Kenny Africa says, “We also arrested two people for being in possession of false documentation. In Beaufort West, we also arrested a driver for overloading his goods vehicle. In another case, a speedster was arrested for doing 113 km/h in an 80 zone.”
