[ALERT] Proteas crush Sri Lanka to win ODI series
Dwaine Pretorius bagged three wickets, with Kagiso Rabada, Imraan Tahir and Andile Phehlukwayo each taking two scalps.
JOHANNESBURG - The Proteas have won the third one-day international against Sri Lanka, beating the tourists by seven wickets at the Wanderers.
Sri Lanka batted first and were bowled out for 163 runs in 39.2 overs.
Opener Niroshan Dikwella top-scored for the men in blue, reaching 74 before Dwaine Pretorius had him caught behind.
Pretorius bagged three wickets, with Kagiso Rabada, Imraan Tahir and Andile Phehlukwayo each taking two scalps.
The match was delayed during the first innings when a swarm of bees invaded the pitch at the Bull Ring.
With the victory, the Proteas now lead the five-match series 3-0.
