Body of fisherman found in CT

CAPE TOWN - The body of a fisherman who drowned in the Kalk Bay harbour, Cape Town, has been handed over to forensic pathology services.

The man, believed to be in his 40s, was found floating face down by the crew of another fishing vessel on Friday.

The victim had been working on the fishing boat Dicky Rose.

The National Sea Rescue Institute's Craig Lambinon says: “Upon arrival on scene the man had been recovered and paramedics conducted CPR on the man. Sadly, despite all CPR efforts, the man was declared dead.”
