A security guard was working at an ATM at a bank in the shopping centre when he was ambushed by gunmen.
CAPE TOWN - Police are searching for a group of men who held up a cash van at the N1 City Mall.
A security guard was working at an ATM at a bank at the shopping centre when he was ambushed by gunmen.
The group made off with a box containing an undisclosed amount of cash.
The police's Noloyiso Rwexana says they believe four people were involved.
“They robbed the security guards and fled the scene in a red Mazda with an undisclosed amount of cash, including two firearms which belonged to the security guards.”
