Search goes on for boy (4) swept out to sea

CAPE TOWN - The search continues for a four-year-old boy swept out to sea by strong rip currents at Yzerfontein on the West Coast over the weekend.

At least a dozen people have drowned at lagoons and beaches across the Western Cape in the space of a week.

The National Sea Rescue Institute’s Craig Lambinon says, “Police divers are continuing with the search and the family is being assisted by police trauma counselors.”
