JOHANNESBURG - In October, Justice Minister Michael Masutha announced that South Africa would begin processes to depart from the International Criminal Court (ICC).
He said that South Africa being a signatory to the Rome Statute holds the country's international diplomacy at ransom and undermines South Africa's role in peace and stability geo-politically.
