2 suspected drug dealers nabbed in Durban
The men were found with 4,000 mandrax tablets, two packets of cocaine and nine kilograms of heroin.
JOHANNESBURG – Two suspected drug dealers aged 50 and 57 have been arrested for the possession of drugs worth R2.5 million in Durban in the KwaZulu-Natal.
The men were found with 4,000 mandrax tablets, two packets of cocaine and nine kilograms of heroin at one of the suspect’s home on Friday.
Police say they have also recovered a bag of empty pink and clear capsules together with six heroin capping trays which were being used to produce heroin capsules at the home.
Hawks spokesperson Simphiwe Mhlongo says, “We can confirm that two males were arrested for dealing with drugs. The docket is still in court and we are still going to find out their appearance.”
