CAPE TOWN - The Western Cape Education Department (WCED) says two teenagers have been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 15-year-old boy in Hanover Park.
Grade 8 learner Justin Abrahams was attacked while on his way home from Mount View High School yesterday.
He and a safety volunteer were crossing a field opposite the school at the time.
The Western Cape Education Department's Jessica Shelver says: “He was rushed to day hospital, where he later died. We’re deeply saddened by the loss of this young life. The incident has also traumatised all concerned and a school division has arranged trauma counselling.”
