Man dies after jumping off Cape Town bridge
The deceased landed in front of a truck earlier this afternoon on the highway heading towards Paarl.
CAPE TOWN - A man has died after jumping off the Okavango bridge onto the N1 in Cape Town.
The deceased landed in front of a truck earlier this afternoon on the highway heading towards Paarl.
Western Cape Traffic Chief Kenny Africa said: “Currently we have a situation on the N1 outgoing at Okavango, where a person jumped off the bridge and landed in front of a truck. That part of the N1 has been closed to traffic.”
