CAPE TOWN - Funeral arrangements are underway for a two-year-old boy who was shot and killed in Atlantis.

Braydon Graaf was hit by a stray bullet on Saturday night.

His mother and another person were also wounded.

Three arrests have since been made.

Ward Councillor Barbara Rass says tragedy has angered the community.

"Considering what is happening, I think it is revenge attacks because there are not a lot of people involved. People are upset and they are sad because when they called me they were angry and everybody was crying over the phone."
