CAPE TOWN - Two children have died and four shacks were razed in a fire in Fisantekraal.

Firefighters were deployed to an informal settlement just after midnight.

Fire and Rescue Service's Theo Layne says: "At about 12:30am this morning, the city's fire service responded to Goedverwacht Street in Fisantekraal where a fire broke out. Four informal structures were destroyed and approximately 15 people were displaced."
