Madonsela will oppose Van Rooyen's interdict application
Minister Van Rooyen has argued that if Madonselas report is released, he will be prejudiced.
PRETORIA Public protector Thuli Madonsela will oppose Des van Rooyens interdict application in court today.
Advocate Nic Ferreira is representing Madonsela, and has indicated that they will oppose Van Rooyens application.
Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema has also arrived at court, and has been seen speaking with the legal teams.
The EFFs advocate Dali Mpofu is representing his party, which is applying to intervene in the matter.
Van Rooyen has argued that of Madonselas report is released, he will be prejudiced.
He says he has not been given sufficient time to respond to the Madonselas questions.
