CAPE TOWN - Competition Commissioner Thembinkosi Bonakele confirmed on Tuesday that Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa sold McDonald's South Africa to MSA Holdings, an Emirates-based company.

According to Bonakele, this is part of Ramaphosa's restructuring of his assets.
