CAPE TOWN - Dozens of spinning enthusiasts took part in the "So You Think You Can Spin" motoring competition that kicked off at Killarney raceway at the weekend.

With a R250,000 cash prize up for grabs, this platform sets out to identify the country's top spinner.

It was a spinning show-off of note, as motoring enthusiasts drove up to show off their skill.

The petrol heads revved up their force induced machines, producing deafening noise and the smell of burnt tyres hovering over the Killarney advanced driving training centre's skid pan.

This coming Saturday the competition moves to Nelspruit in Mphumalanga.
