Courtnall Skosan upbeat about groin injury
The Lions winger sustained the injury whilst playing against the Bulls last weekend.
JOHANNESBURG - Courtnall Skosan has told EWN Sport his groin injury is not as bad as initially thought.
The Lions winger sustained the injury whilst playing against the Bulls last weekend, and will miss the rest of the Currie Cup.
He says it could've been far worse.
"It's not heart-breaking at all. It's never nice to get injured, but it's only a six-week injury. It's not like a three or four-month injury."
Skosan explains how he picked up the injury.
"It was actually in the game. I felt a little click in my groin in one of the tackle situations. It's been a good year so far, I've definitely enjoy myself and rugby thus far."
Skosan says the injury doesn't mean there will be any rest for him after what has been a busy two seasons for him.
"I wouldn't say I will now rest, when you get injured you work way harder than when you're not injured. I'm looking forward to the hard work I have to put in to get going again."
