CAPE TOWN - The South African Banking Risk Information Centre (Sabric) is warning South Africans to be vigilant following an increase in online dating scams.

Sabric CEO Kalyani Pillay says that although online dating scams have been around for a while, perpetrators have become more sophisticated, as more people make use of online dating sites.
