JOHANNESBURG - The Communications Workers Union (CWU) says it's still not received any offers from Telkom in its dispute over wages.

Workers are demanding an 11% wage hike across the board.

CWU's secretary general Aubrey Tshabalala says, "There is nothing that has been put on the table.

"The only thing that can make us go back to the table or to our members for a new mandate is an offer that is better than what we've had."

However, Telkom's Jacqui O'Sullivan says the company is continuing with its plans to introduce incentivised pay based on performance.

"What we're looking at doing is to pay workers more for great service and we have indicated that we'd be able to pay up to 12% more to employees who have met their target."
