The ID has arrived, jokes Mbete as she casts her vote
Baleka Mbete had to reschedule voting this morning as she forget her identity document.
JOHANNESBURG - As special voting continues, African National Congress (ANC) National Chair Baleka Mbete made her mark in Northcliff in Johannesburg after having to reschedule this morning.
Mbete arrived at her voting station, but left without casting her vote because she didn't have her ID book.

She later joked saying, "The ID has arrived," as she walked hand-in-hand with the ANC's councillor candidate for the area to cast her ballot.
Mbete says she's happy she finally exercised her responsibility to vote.
"I went to get my ID all the way from Pretoria, but I am feeling great. One thing, I've exercised a responsibility by casting my vote."
She says she's confident the ANC has done enough to secure an overwhelming majority in tomorrow's vote.
