POLOKWANE - The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema said the 2016 elections are not just about winning municipalities but for the party to grow its numbers leading up to the 2019 national polls.

Malema addressed members of the business community at an EFF gala dinner in Polokwane last night.

He addressed some members of the business community attempting to dispel negative perceptions about the party's policies including land redistribution and nationalisation.

Malema said the party would like to partner with the business sector

He added the only way to address unemployment and inequality is to redistribute the land.

The party's Mbuyiseni Ndlozi says the Peter Mokaba stadium will be filled with men and women in red today.
