'The DA does not have the interests of black people at heart'
President Jacob Zuma has branded the Democratic Alliance the brainchild of apartheid.
Zuma was addressing supporters in Thokoza Park earlier today.
He's branded the DA the "brainchild of apartheid".
Zuma says the DA does not have the interests of black people at heart.
He believes black people that voted for the party now think otherwise, but says he's glad many of those confused [people] are coming back home.
"Fortunately many of them are seeing the light and are coming back to the ANC. We've been receiving them in every province."
He says black people must remember what Nelson Mandela said about the DA when he called it a party of white bosses and black stooges.
