The party has been campaigning in the town about 20 kilometres from Oudtshoorn.
CAPE TOWN - The EFF claims to have potentially recruited about a hundred new members in the Karoo town of Dysselsdorp this week.
The party, contesting its first local government elections, has been campaigning in the town about 20 kilometres from Oudtshoorn.
The EFF is today canvassing in Ward 10.
EFF members walked through the town of Dysselsdorp compiling a list of people who have vowed to vote for the party on 3 August.
EFF candidate Johnathan Kowie believes they'll take Ward 10 because residents are desperate for change.
The EFF says campaigning will intensify in the Karoo town with three weeks until the elections.
