JOHANNESBURG - The Proteas take on the West Indies tomorrow in a must win clash in Barbados.

Tomorrow's winner will meet Australia in Sunday's final.

Bowling coach Charl Langeveldt believes the boys are heading into the game fresh.

"You're going to get one or two no balls. I think the guys have been good with the wides as well. To take two days off has given us a breather. Conditions are warm here so if you practice every day, you are going to get dehydrated."

Langeveldt says South Africa's bowlers will have to be smart in their approach.

"Conditions have changed because this is the rainy part of the year. It will suit our bowlers. It takes away that reverse swing because the outfield is quite lush."

Langeveldt believes one of the Proteas biggest strengths lies in the squads bowling variations.

"We've got a good combination and great versatility with Wayne with the left arm and footmarks from the spinners. All of our bolwers are different and it makes for a good attack."

The match gets underway at 19:00.
