Post-mortem could shed light on Hope Zinde's death

The former SABC board member was found in the boot of her car at the Pecanwood Estate on Saturday.

JOHANNESBURG - As the son of former South African Broadcasting Corporatio n (SABC) board member Hope Zinde prepares to make his first court appearance, North West police say they hope a post-mortem report will reveal more details surrounding her death.

Zinde's body was found in the boot of her car at the Pecanwood Estate in Hartebeespoort Dam on Saturday.

Her 28-year-old was arrested shortly after the discovery.

While the circumstances surrounding Zinde's death are not yet known, the exact details are expected to be revealed as the case progresses.

Zinde's 28-year-old son is expected to be formerly charged with her murder and being in possession of drugs.

It's alleged Zinde was murdered last week Monday, but her body was only discovered this past weekend.

There has been no sight of her family members in the magistrates court yet.
