JOHANNESBURG - The Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) ruled in favour of e-TV after it lodged a complaint against the Department of Communications over its digital migration policy which opted for unencrypted digital migration.

The implementation of the digital migration has been delayed by issues around the technology to be used on the set top boxes.
