CAPE TOWN - Cape Town Mayor Patricia de Lille today handed over a further 20 keys to beneficiaries of the new Hazendal housing development in Athlone.

She says the delivery of houses is the greatest way to drive redress.
"To see the joy of two beneficiaries, especially Florence who waited for 32 years and another woman with special needs, it's always a great honour for the city to make this possible."
