De Lille hands over keys to new home owners in CT
The Cape Town mayor has handed over 20 keys to beneficiaries in Athlone.
CAPE TOWN - Cape Town Mayor Patricia de Lille today handed over a further 20 keys to beneficiaries of the new Hazendal housing development in Athlone.
At least 56 families are already living in their homes that have been built last year.

De Lille says the entire housing project cost around R25 million.

She says the delivery of houses is the greatest way to drive redress.
"To see the joy of two beneficiaries, especially Florence who waited for 32 years and another woman with special needs, it's always a great honour for the city to make this possible."
