CAPE TOWN - The body of a newborn baby has been discovered in a bag in the Kimberley CBD.
Municipality workers made the gruesome discovery on Monday morning.
The police's Olebogeng Tawana says no arrests have been made.
"Municipal employees were collecting refuse when they came across a refuse bag dripping blood. They opened it and found a newborn baby's body. At this stage no one has been arrested and the investigation continues."
