Nurse family say they’re drained by ongoing kidnapping trial
Morne Nurse says the case has taken an emotional toll on the entire family.
CAPE TOWN - Zephany Nurse's biological family members say they are drained by the ongoing court case against a woman convicted of abducting her as a child 19 years ago.
Sentencing proceedings against the Lavender Hill woman were postponed in the Western Cape High Court today.

Morne and Celeste Nurse were swamped by reporters and photographers as they entered and left the court.
Morne says the case has taken an emotional toll on the entire family.
"It's draining our family, we can't handle it anymore. We are tired and we just want to have our life to ourselves."
Family member Gavin Nurse says his niece's wellbeing has to be taken into consideration at all times.
"In the centre of this entire scenario, we have a young girl and that is the key thing to us as a family."
