JOHANNESBURG - Are parents having trouble buying toys that do not entrench gender stereotypes?

Are they unwittingly passing on stereotypes about who men and women are, and what their roles are in society?

Family psychologist Talya Ressel, Angelique Thompson, a senior buyer at Toy Kingdom, together with Peter Crock, the Divisional Director of Just Fun Toys, speak about the experiment in which children played with remodelled toys, which do not conform to the stereotypical norms.
