JOHANNESBURG - Uber says it's resumed services around the Gautrain station in Sandton.
Earlier, the ride hailing service suspended operations following the intimidation of its drivers.

Four people were injured after metered taxi drivers allegedly attacked Uber drivers.
Tensions have been high between the two parties since Uber's introduction to South Africa in 2013.
This week metered taxi drivers in Johannesburg were angered by a decision by the Gauteng Transport Department to license Uber drivers in the province.
Uber's Alon Lits says the company is willing to engage with metered taxi operators.
"Violence has to come to an end before we engage further. Engagement is the key ingredient here, it's not about Uber or taxis but rather about Uber and taxi and how both can co-exist and operate as different transport options available to individuals across South Africa."
