CAPE TOWN - The City of Cape Town has implored parents who feel they can no longer support their children not to give up hope after a little boy was found abandoned at Tygerberg Hospital earlier this month.
The toddler is currently being kept at a place of safety and police have taken a 35-year-old woman in for questioning.
The city's Suzette Little says, "Let us work together and find a solution to the problem. There is hope out there and nobody's is going to judge you because we understand that it is difficult, but come and talk to us."
