Will Eskom's turnaround strategy be effective?
Eskom spokesperson Khuli Phasiwe chats to 702’s Nikiwe Bikitsha about the utility’s turnaround strategy and whether there’s a decline in the demand for electricity.

Spokesperson Khulu Phasiwe says the utility is working hard to maintain existing plants, in a move to help avert future blackouts.
