Randfontein magistrate grappling with racial attack against him
Mphafolane Koma says the windows of his BMW were smashed with a hammer by a young white man.
JOHANNESBURG - A Randfontein magistrate has told Eyewitness News he cannot understand the motivation behind a racial attack in Pretoria this week.
Mphafolane Koma says the windows of his BMW were smashed with a hammer by a young white man who called him the k-word on Monday.
His 12-year-old daughter was in the car at the time.
The suspect has since been arrested and will be appearing in court today.
This is the latest in a string of racist incidents this week.
Over the weekend judge Mabel Jansen's rape comments were publicised and she's now been placed on special leave.
In a separate incident, a white crewmember was accused of lashing out at a black director on the set of a local drama series.
