Pilot dies in crash near Mossel Bay
In a separate incident earlier, a light aircraft crashed in Midrand.
CAPE TOWN - One person has been killed after an airplane accident near Mossel Bay.
The light aircraft crash-landed at a game reserve in Herbertsdale early this morning.
The pilot was alone in the plane at the time it went down.

Paramedics searched the area and found the pilot's body lying some distance away from the aircraft.

Meanwhile in a separate incident earlier today, a light aircraft crashed in Midrand, leaving two people injured.
ER24's Werner Vermaak said, "They found a light aircraft upside-down lying in an open field near Grand Central Airport. The medical team found two men, believed to be in their early 30s, walking around on the scene with minor injuries."
