CAPE TOWN - Minister in Presidency Jeff Radebe says he's appalled by the living conditions in Khayelitsha and some neighbouring areas
Radebe addressed the community at a service delivery imbizo at Khayelitsha's Oliver Tambo Hall today.
Hundreds of residents from Khayelitsha, Mfuleni and neighbouring areas have braved the cold to attend today's service delivery imbizo.

Many community members have complained about squalid living conditions.
The minister says he was shocked to see how people in Khayelitsha are living.
"It is totally unacceptable that in 2016 we still find places like this where you can see that the infrastructure is non-existent."
He has promised to hold another imbizo in the area soon.
