Prince George steals the show as four generations pose together
To mark Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th birthday, 4 generations of the Royal Family have been snapped together.
JOHANNESBURG - Queen Elizabeth II will celebrate her 90th birthday on Thursday and to mark the occasion four generations of the British royal family posed for a new photo.
The photograph of the four generations of the Windsor family will be used to create some of the 10 stamps being released to honour the queen on her birthday milestone.
Prince George is seen sporting a big smile as he stands on foam blocks and clutches his father's hand in his Royal Mail stamp début.
Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince George were photographed last summer in the White Drawing Room at Buckingham Palace.
On Thursday, the queen is to light the first of more than 900 celebratory beacons.
On Friday, President Barack Obama will offer the queen birthday wishes at Windsor Castle.
